Absolutely! As we do limited numbers, we have more time to interact with your dog. We are definitely more of a 'holiday retreat' for dogs than a boarding kennel. If you check out our Facebook page, you should be able to find photos of your dog having a great time!
Yes, we tend to get very busy – especially at weekends and school holidays.
Yes – the arrival is charged as a full day, regardless of when your dog is dropped off. The new day begins at 10.00am (so if you collect you dog before 10.00am on the day they are going home, that is NOT considered an extra day!). Except public holidays and a full day charge applies regardless.
If it is the first time your dog has stayed with us, they must be dropped off in the morning between 8.00 - 9.30am. This gives your dog the whole day to get used to us and it’s new surroundings so they will settle better at night time.
No – we believe that long-stayers need more time and attention.
We are happy to feed special diets as provided by you. However, there is no reduction in fees as this often means more work.
Yes, but please let us know about medical problems before you arrive. See our medication page for extra cost of administering medication. Please note, however, that we can’t allow dogs that have a contagious disease or condition.
If you want to, but we cannot be responsible for the items. We provide plenty of clean bedding and toys.
Absolutely, that is why we only cater for social (non-aggressive) dogs.
The farmstay has been set up to provide interaction and companionship; there is plenty to do, see and get involved in, and lots of playtime and attention from us.
Payment is on arrival by cash, EFTPOS or internet banking. Sorry – we do not accept credit cards.
If you choose to collect your pet early, please appreciate that due to high requests for accommodation, we charge for all the days that are booked.
Due to security reasons & council regulations, we have set drop off/pick up hours which must be strictly adhered to & our gate is locked in between these times. We do provide a drop off/pick up service when available for an extra fee.
